the best part of Atley. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. Negatives: The sound proofing here is terrible. I live below a family with kids and the stomping and pounding is really bad. When you hear snoring you know it's bad. You can hear everything from the other units. Atley is okay but I would not consider it a luxury complex.

fitness center. It is very dog friendly with its own dog park! Maintenance staff is great, and repairs are usually made in under 4 hours! I took off half a star because parking is sometimes dificult, but other than that, this is an amazing place to live!

is friendly and the staff is extremely helpful. Plus, the maintenance is always quick to fix something. The location is perfect for my job and my fiancé’s job. This place feels like home and that’s a huge reason why we moved here in the first place. The 4 flights of stairs is killer, but it’s definitely worth it!

Beautiful property BUT difficult experience at the end
Beautiful property & nice amenities however still so many issues, ie not enough parking for residents let alone visitors ... (by design), cheap building materials, noisy, gates always broken (they serve no purpose at all), so many additional fees, (admin fee, pest control, trash compactor (but you still have to put your own trash in) & the trash area which is always nasty. Then when you move out don't expect much of your initial deposit because there's such a thing as "carpet depreciation", which makes no sense at all nor do I believe is legal according to the state of VA. So the question was asked so if you don't put up a deposit do you get billed? My thoughts they only apply the carpet deprecated fee if you put up a deposit so they can take the $ in the end when you move out. Then you have no recourse, how frustrating & deceitful. My carpet was impeccable (no pets) as I consistently vacuumed & shampooed the carpet all of the (4) years I was a resident but there's bound to be normal wear & tear. I even took photos & video to prove no damage to the carpet but it didn’t matter because my concerns fell to deaf ears to the property management. fool you. Anyone can sneak in, especially when the gates are broken for days at a time. But don't worry your delivery driver will have to wait until some one with a fob shows up or someone leaves. Hopefully he doesn't leave. You are greeted by unkept breeze ways and neighbors that can't properly dispose of their trash. Once you get inside your luxury apartment, you'll love the poorly installed carpet and the smoke smell from the previous tenant. Or is that the cigarette butt you have stuck on your shoe? One great feature is you'll know whether your neighbors shower or poo on the regular. Oh, the shower... good luck getting warm water in less than 10 minutes. You'll love the mid-afternoon to midnight grand symphony chorus of dogs barking. Watch your step please, you will likely end up with mess on your shoes. If you want to commit identity theft or have some one defraud you: come browse or make a deposit at the mail box center after you sneak in the broken gates. Plenty of people leave behind important mail in un-secure disposal bins. Some great thing awaits for you pirates. Trust all the other bad reviews regarding parking. Its glaringly obvious that this place was not designed for the amount of cars that park here. Trust me management will do something about that.... right away. All of it. Soon. Eventually. I am so glad that my stay in this dump is for short term corporate housing. If you love peace, quiet and cleanliness I'd advise that you stay the hell away.
